Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods or in the unlikely event of supplier delays, we will notify you promptly by email with any important updates regarding your order.

We work with trusted shipping partners to provide reliable delivery services across the UK, EU, and selected international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Large or Oversized Items: 7–14 business days

  • International Deliveries Outside the EU: 7–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

EU, UK & International Minimum Order Requirements

To help us maintain efficient shipping services and continue offering free delivery on qualifying purchases, the following minimum order values apply:

  • United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £29.99

  • European Union: Free shipping on orders over €49.99

  • International Orders: Free shipping on orders over €99.99

Orders below these thresholds may incur standard shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If incorrect address information results in a failed delivery or returned shipment, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. We will always do our best to assist in resolving delivery issues promptly.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution where applicable.

If a package is lost during transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel, reroute, or make changes to the delivery.
